Shipping policy

Lex & Addi Bow Co. uses a flat rate shipping option. This is subject to change at anytime based on USPS current rates. 

Current Rates are:

$4.00 flat rate fee to US addresses.

 

We work to ship out orders in the order they are received, we do not combine orders once they are placed. You will receive your tracking number once your items are shipped. Once orders are in the possession of the USPS, we are no longer responsible for the shipping or arrival of packages. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to your local Post Office. If you received a damaged package, please take pictures of damage and contact us as soon as possible. 

 

TAT (Turn-around-time)-the time it takes to create and process your order prior to shipping. 

-Our current TAT is 7-10 business days. This does NOT include holidays or weekends. This is for general orders, bow-only orders after drops, etc. 

-Our current TAT for clothing/pre-orders is 4-5 weeks. This includes custom clothing orders, and drop orders including clothing orders. 

-Our current TAT for Custom Name pre-orders for clothing, bows, swaddle sets etc is 6-8 weeks. This allows time for digital files to be created, custom fabric to be ordered and shipped to me, and custom name orders to be completed. 

All orders will be completed and shipped within our current TAT. Expect 3-5 days for shipping time with USPS. Please be aware there may be additional delays in some areas due to Covid-19.
